I’m so glad you’re here! On this website, you’ll find information at the intersection of running and being a mom. I started this site after searching for answers to questions and came up empty-handed. I felt compelled to blend my experience as a journalist, lifelong runner, certified running coach, & mom to bring you real-life practical info to help you run & be your best on & off the roads. All the articles are written by me, a mom of two, a former award-winning TV journalist, & a runner who has run a 1:20 half-marathon & 2:54 marathon in my 40s. They feature insights from my experience & interviews with experts & other mother runners. I hope what you read here empowers you to start or your continue your running journey as a mom!
